Water Main Replacement: Meadows Drive + Perkins Avenue

Each fiscal year, the Water Department undertakes the replacement and reconstruction of failing, old, and/or undersized mains within the City of Vallejo’s water system. With approved budget, the Water Department has scheduled the replacement of the water mains on the following streets:

• Perkins Avenue: From Georgia Street to Wallace Avenue
• Meadows Drive: From Sonoma Boulevard to Sandpiper Drive

The Vallejo City Council approved the project at the January 11, 2022 meeting, and the award was to Cobabe Brothers Plumbing. The Bid Results can be viewed on the right side of this page, under project documents. The construction schedule will be uploaded as it is available.

When completed, the project will improve water system service and reliability, and increase fire flows in the vicinity of the improvements.
