Welcome to the Housing and Community Development Needs page

We are currently preparing our next Consolidated Plan, covering the period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030. This plan will identify and analyze priority needs in four key areas: affordable housing, homeless services, support for populations with special needs, and community development. The Consolidated Plan also includes a one-year Action Plan for FY 2025-26, outlining the proposed allocation of federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investments Partnership (HOME) Program funds from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

To direct our goals and projects over the next five years, we are gathering community input through a series of Community Needs Surveys. These surveys will be an excellent opportunity for our community to voice their ideas, concerns, and needs in the following areas:

  • Housing Needs
  • Public Services
  • Public Facilities and Infrastructure
  • Homeless Needs

Any stakeholder is welcome to take the survey!! We will be utilizing the survey results to shape our goals and priorities over the next five years.
