January 28, 2025 Project Update to City Council
On January 28, 2025 City Staff presented the Vallejo City Council with an update on the Broadway Project.
At the meeting staff presented the January 13, 2025 construction schedule. Some major highlights from the schedule are:
- 3/28/25 - Temporary Certificate of Occupancy
- 4/25/25 - Final Certificate of Occupancy (construction completion)
- 6/28/25 - Full occupancy of residents
Please note that this schedule does not make assumptions or hold contingency for potential inclement weather delays and was based on best case scenario with no outside contributing factors.
The balance of funding remaining to finish the project is $4.5M and is anticipated to be sufficient to complete the project on schedule.

Staff will be providing monthly updates on project status and budget at Council Meetings through project completion.
