Broadway Project Referrals

The City of Vallejo has received many inquires regarding how to receive a referral for a unit at the Broadway Project.

The Broadway Project is a Homekey Grant Award from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). As a part of this grant potential participants of the program are required to be referred to the project through the local Coordinated Entry System. The Coordinated Entry System for Solano County is Resource Connect Solano.

There are requirements for the individuals or families that will be referred to program units. The project was awarded, as part of the original grant application, to support individuals that are chronically homeless, as defined in accordance with Part 578.3 of Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
