Public Hearing Notice: 6th Cycle Housing Element Update

On December 11, 2024, at 7:00 PM, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a recommendation to the City Council on the proposed 6th Cycle Housing Element Update (HEU), which includes amendment of the General Plan, a zoning map amendment to upzone three sites, and a text amendment to Chapter 16.301 of the Vallejo Municipal Code to confirm “by right” development provisions for certain Housing Element sites, as required by State Law in order to accommodate the City’s Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA).
